1. What we collect
Your name and email (needed to create an account and sign you in with a one-time code); delivery address and phone number, if you buy a product; bank account details, if you sell or resell and request a payout — these are tokenised with our payment processor and never stored as plain digits on our side; and basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working and secure.
2. How we use it
To run your account and orders, hold and release escrow correctly, send you order and payment emails, prevent fraud, and — only with reasonable cause — investigate a dispute between a buyer and seller.
3. Who we share it with
Paystack, our payment processor, to process a charge, transfer or refund. A seller sees only what they need to fulfil your order (name, delivery address, order contents) — never your payment details. We do not sell your data to anyone.
4. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and erase what we're not legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes). Write to the contact below to exercise any of these.
5. Cookies
We use a signed, essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and — only if you arrived through a reseller's link — a short-lived cookie recording which link you followed, so the right commission is credited. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Retention
We keep order and payment records for as long as Nigerian tax and consumer-protection law requires, even after you close your account.
